Are these courses approved by the California Department of Social Services (CDSS)?

Yes. All Assisted Living Center programs are CDSS-approved and meet California’s licensing requirements for RCFE Administrators. You’ll receive official documentation upon completion.

How are the courses delivered?

All courses are delivered live via Zoom. Every session includes real-time Q&A with an instructor who has hands-on RCFE experience — not a generic trainer reading from a slide deck.

What if I don't pass the state exam on my first attempt?

We’ll support you. Reach out to our team after your exam and we’ll work with you on next steps. Our curriculum is built around what CDSS actually tests — most of our graduates pass on their first attempt.

I'm already licensed. Which program do I need?
